  • BLS is for healthcare providers. Heartsaver is for the general public.

    BLS (Basic Life Support) is designed for healthcare providers such as nurses, EMTs, doctors, and other medical professionals. It includes more in-depth training on high-quality CPR, use of a bag-valve mask, and team dynamics. Heartsaver CPR AED is intended for non-healthcare providers like teachers, coaches, daycare staff, and the general public. It focuses on CPR, AED use, and basic emergency response for adults, children, and infants.

  • Cancel 24+ hours before class to reschedule. No-shows are non-refundable.

    Cancellations must be made 24 hours or more in advance to reschedule or apply your payment toward a future class. Same-day cancellations are not refundable, but may be eligible for a one-time reschedule at our discretion in the case of a true emergency. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or future credit under any circumstances.
